Service

It is my commitment to you to do everything possible to accomplish your goals and make your transaction and transition as smooth as possible.  Each transaction is different and each client has specific needs and wants.  Together we will define your goals and develop a plan to achieve these goals.  At every step of the way I will be there; whether it is to meet with appraisers, inspectors, and repair people, negotiate on your behalf, or go over each step of the transaction with you.  I use my experience and knowledge to communicate the results so that we can openly and honestly discuss all your options.  Many agents feel that the home is the center of the transaction, when in reality it is the client - first and foremost.

Knowledge

I was first licensed in 1975, and at that time the sales contract was one page.  While the business of Real Estate has changed over the years and become more complicated and contract oriented, the basics remain the same. My long-term experience serves as a great basis for understanding the current changes in contract law.  Changes in Real Estate contracts happen many times each year and it’s important to keep current on these changes. This behind-the-scenes work is critical to staying on top and to fully understanding each line of contracts and how they all interact and affect my customers.

Creativity

Although Real Estate is a transaction of contracts, it’s important to be knowledgeable and creative.  During many transactions, problems will arise.  It’s important to stay focused on the goal, not be distracted, and creatively come up with solutions that work for everyone.

Production

When choosing an agent, it's important to connect with someone you are comfortable with; an agent who is successful, knowledgeable, and productive.

I’m happy to share that in 2015, I was in the top 5 agents in my office. I feel this is a result of my sincere commitment and my skillful negotiations and dedication to my clients. I am a hard-working agent who is there to help you buy or sell your home.

I’ve lived in Sonoma County for over 30 years and I am very familiar with the different areas and weather patterns. I’m also knowledgeable regarding subjects involved with country living such as septic systems, wells, and flood plains. Most importantly, I appreciate the amazing beauty of the county I live in.
